Invented before the inception of the drinking straw, strainers like this one were designed to separate ice and macerated mint from juleps so they could be sipped oh-so smoothly. This stainless steel strainer is ideal to give all of your stirred or shaken cocktails a perfectly lovely finish.

Material — Stainless steel and wood, made in India.
Care — Hand-wash in warm water with a mild, lemon-free detergent. Never put wood-handled flatware in the dishwasher. Condition wooden handles with wood oil as needed.
